Whether you require a Test Manager or a Test Lead, we ensure that the resources engaged will have a minimum of seven years' experience in Traditional, Agile, DevOps or Rapid software testing environments. Taking full control of testing within the project, our Test Managers deliver testing to a successful completion, ultimately reducing costs, risk and time to market.


Our test associates will develop a close working relationship with your business and IS teams, whether the project involves implementation of a change programme, or day-to-day test management activities. Our Test Managers will organise and oversee test execution and provide visibility of progress, issues and risk. Ideally, our Test Managers are best engaged at the start of a project but we can join at any stage, and even rescue projects that are off-course.

Our Test Process Review / QA Health Check can be applied to an individual project, programme or across the organisation to help to achieve one or all of these objectives.

We recommend a three-phased approach:


Phase 1 – Test Process Review / QA Health Check


  • The purpose of the review is to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of your current QA and test strategy and also your development processes
  • The review will recommend solutions, broken down into quick wins and also medium and longer-term (‘strategic’) improvements.
  • We will deliver findings and recommendations from the review along with a roadmap for improvement.
  • If you wish to make the transition towards a more effective Agile / DevOps environment, the Test Process Review is a vital step in the process.


Phase 2 – Implement the Quick Wins


  • First of all, we recommend that you implement the quick wins that we have identified. This provides immediate Return on Investment and benefit to your business.
  • Create the roadmap and QA Strategy for the medium and longer term objectives, so that testing is delivered efficiently, effectively and, most importantly, in a way that is suitable for your organisation.

Phase 3 - Implement Medium and Longer Term Improvements


  • The recommendations from Test Process review and roadmap will be delivered in such a way that you can implement the medium and longer term, or strategic, recommendations in-house. If you do not have the available internal resources, we would be pleased to help.
